Returns and exchanges

Unstitched cloth only

Because our cloth is unstitched and often cut to length, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind

Unused, uncut cloth in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Cloth that has been cut, washed, altered or stitched cannot be returned.

Refunds

As orders are paid for in cash on delivery, approved refunds will be made by bank transfer. We will ask for your account details securely when your return is approved.

Colour

We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens differ and shades can vary slightly between dye lots. If you are matching cloth to something else, write to us and we will help.
